Initial Consultation

We meet for an initial consultation on site to discuss your hopes and dreams for the house. I use this as an information gathering exercise where I listen and take notes about what you want to achieve. We also run through the floor plans if you already have these.

Scope of work

We write up a scope of work outlining what you need me to select, design and coordinate as well as a schedule of when things need to be completed by. 

03/

Design

We will design your space, taking into account proper space planning and functionality. We’ll select the specific materials, finishes, textiles, and furnishings to be used. You will decide on the samples that you like best and we’ll move forward.

04/

Revision

We will make any revisions you’ve requested and begin bringing your vision to life.

05/

Documentation

Now the fun bit! I get to work sourcing the fixtures, finishes and fittings for each room needing attention. I order you samples so you can get a feel for how the house will look at the end.

06/

Construction administration and installation

We will make regular site visits to observe the work of the contractors hired to carry out your project. It is our duty to report back any findings to you so that you can make the right decisions regarding the implementation of your project.
